You should only submit information that you are authorised to provide and, where applicable, authorised to make publicly available.

Confidential or commercially sensitive information may be restricted and made available only to selected prospective investors, buyers, professional advisers or other transaction participants.

Access to certain information may be subject to execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), successful onboarding, identity verification or other appropriate checks.

Submitting an opportunity does not guarantee its publication on the Aliant Marketplace or an introduction to any particular investor, buyer or other party.

 

7. Expressing Interest in Opportunities

When you express interest in an opportunity listed on the Aliant Marketplace, we may collect information about you and your organisation in order to assess your enquiry and facilitate the potential transaction.

We may request additional information regarding your professional background, investor profile, investment capacity or other relevant matters before providing confidential information or introducing you to the relevant parties.

Where appropriate, your contact and professional information may be shared with the relevant seller, business owner, investor, project owner, adviser or transaction counterparty for the purpose of facilitating the opportunity.

 

8. KYC, AML and Due Diligence

Aliant Advisory may conduct identity verification, KYC, AML, sanctions, source-of-funds, source-of-wealth and other due diligence checks where appropriate or required.

We may use third-party service providers and publicly available information for these purposes.

We may decline or discontinue an engagement, introduction, Marketplace listing or transaction where required by law, regulation, internal compliance requirements or appropriate risk-management considerations.
